Dr. Tianca Crocker is a social worker and Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte whose research focuses on digital inclusion. She received her doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin, and her research interests include social policy, economic mobility, digital inclusion, and program evaluation.
